It varys based on the number of updates you want done every day. For Facebook we recommend no more than 2 updates per day, so the campaign could last 2-3 months. On Twitter you can do a few every hour. The average customer is looking for around 3-5 Tweets per day, so expect about 1 month worth of Tweets.
What are included in the Updates?
The updates are customized for every customer, but most contain a number of enticements to go to your website and then questions to ask your customer, stats, and other miscellaneous posts. We will not do 100% advertisements for any customer, because we do not endorse Spamming and that is a good way to get booted from Facebook and Twitter.
What percent of the Updates are Ads?
We generally look to limit the ads to less than 25-30% of all posts. Based on our research that is where you will get the highest return. We are not creating an advertising campaign. Instead, we are looking to build a relationship with your customers through the content that is created for this campaign.
My business is very technical, how can you write a campaign about it?

Why do you recommend at least 100 Followers/Friends before working with me?
As important as having great content is for your business, social networking requires you to actually connect with people. If no one sees your posts then we are doing you a disservice. What if I need my posts quicker than 3 days?
We do not promise right now faster than 3 days, however, we will be looking into expedited services in the future. Smart At The Start would rather be known for quality, not speed.
How can I add followers onto Twitter?
There are a number of ways that you can add to your Twitter following. We have done it all from Twitter directories to manual adding to automated systems. We can do some following for you, but recommend for those on a budget to test out Tweet Adder. It is a system that we have used extensively, and still do for following. When my Social Networking Package is set up will I need to do anything else?
You just need to start networking at this point. We do recommend tweaking your networks as your business changes, and would tell you that you should review your social networks profiles at least once every 6 months for accuracy.
